Submissions are reviewed selectively on the basis of category relevance, city-level capacity, institutional fit, and long-term mutual value.

Application Standard

Collaboration inquiries should present a clear business identity, a defined value proposition, and a serious understanding of how the proposed collaboration could serve the BDEC ecosystem.

Submission does not imply approval, exclusivity, or category availability.

For each 333 Lounge unit, collaborator intake is selectively limited by category and market.

A maximum of three collaborators may be accepted per business category within the same city or operating unit.

This structure exists to preserve exclusivity, reduce internal overlap, and maintain meaningful collaborator value across the ecosystem.
